Changes in version 3.1 of the Ten Foot products

I have fixed the following problems in version 3:

Version 3 did not include an important file. This caused Browser failures for most users, notably when pressing a numeric button on a web page.
The BitTorrent client sometimes did not schedule a new torrent when previous torrents finished downloading.
In some situations, it was possible for the BitTorrent client to revert to an old set of saved values for a torrent. This could force the torrent to re-seed unnecessarily.
There was scope for the BitTorrent engine to crash when stopping a torrent.

I have taken the opportunity of this release to add an option to go to your home page (if you have set one) from the Browser's splash page.

All your history and settings from version 3 are preserved when you upgrade to version 3.1.
